Pete, Beautiful pictures......Those Bipes are Skybolts...The shot from the air reminds me of the Triple Tree fly in we had here this fall. Thanks for sharing this....Ed

Beautiful spot, Pete. And it looks like a great turnout.

Great pics Pete! Thanks. I enjoyed talking with you the other day too. The red and black clipped wing cub Was owned by Butch Joyce for years. Then Nicky Buchanan, SAA member from Charlotte, I work with him. then it went to calif. must live in Texas now. Always like it. Was used in the Vintage magazine insurance ads. Looks like an awesome airport and great fly in. This is where SAA can expose a Lot of local fly ins to the rest of the group throughout the country. Keep up the great work,we appreciate ya! Ps. Picked up the tailwind today, I'll post some pics ASAP. Butch

Thanks Butch for the kind words. Enjoyed our chat the other day too. I talk up the SAA to everyone I see. I was wiring a friends new intercom at his airpark hangar and he was really interested in the SAA. He said he wanted to organize a chapter. I think that is probably something in the future though. Plan to head out to another flyin this am.
