Another great fly-in was held today near Seguin, TX. A great spaghetti lunch was served with a desert table 15' long. Dozens of prizes were raffled off. Lots of planes. Here is where lunch was served.

For $20 you could buy a ticket for one of four rides in this baby.

Grass was in pretty good shape considering the draught we have had.

Lining up to take off. Some giving rides, some doing fly-bys, some going home. I left behind this group for my hour flight to Kittie Hill , 77T. Of course yours truly wore my SAA hat and Tee shirt and passed out SAA info.

Thanks for the great pics, Pete. You've got some nice turf fields in Texas, even if they are a bit dry. Is that a Sonerai in line on the last pic?

Thanks for the comments. It was an RV-3. My pictures didn't get all the activity. It sounded like Chicago Ohare on 122.9 as I was approaching the airfield. Thinned out when I got there as I was a bit late on account of fog and low ceiling.

Ah yes, the low turtledeck and full bubble, an RV it is.

Wow Pete thanks again! It's great to see other folks toy boxes! Always fun to see other regions planes. Where is Billy Dawson's Hatz? He a nice guy, needs to join us! We just got home tonight from Ohio road trip. Tailwind survived the trip well. Visited a lot of friends and saw plenty of projects. Stole a Champ and buzzed around a bit, great time. Butch

Don't know Billy. I don't remember seeing his Hatz at any fly-ins. Glad you made it home with the Tailwind.
